The form is available on the web site, under Office>Schoolview. Fill in the form and bring it into the main office to receive password (access key) to SchoolView.

Free and Reduced Meals
2008-09 Information Available
Households that received free or reduced price meals during the 2007-2008 school year will need to reapply for the 2008-2009 school year. This "Application for Educational Benefits" is also used to determine funding for other important educational programs in the District. Applications are available at each school, the Child Nutrition Office, online, and in the 2008-2009 school calendar.
