SAVE THE DATE!

THE BIG FRIENDLY FUNDRAISER

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2015

6:30pm to 10:30pm

Church of St. Peter, Mendota Heights, MN

Please save the evening of Friday, November 13, 2015, for the Friendly Hills Silent Auction. This event helps us raise funds to benefit our school and students, while enjoying a fabulous evening with parents and other adult supporters of the Friendly Hills community. Our fundraising goals this year are to enhance the resource library and the entry area of the school.

Event: Appetizers and adult beverages are included. Teachers and FHMS staff attend for free! There will be plenty of seating to accommodate eating and relaxing, or you can mingle, socialize, play games, and of course, bid on one-of-a-kind items. Get your holiday shopping done early— at the Friendly Hills Silent Auction!

Tickets: Tickets will be available once school resumes in the fall. Advance purchase price: $25/person. At the door: $35/person. Staff: free. All food and beverages are included in the ticket price.

Donations Welcome: There are many ways to get involved. We especially appreciate donations or money to purchase needed items. Consider hosting a party with friends, donating items like theater tickets or getaways, or creating a theme basket of goodies. Auction Details: We are excited to announce we will be using BidPal mobile bidding software at the event. BidPal gives you the option to use your own smartphone or other device to place bids as you mingle with friends at the event. An online component of the auction will open approximately one week before the actual event.
